PLM IT Manager, Engineering Applications

Your Role:
As the IT manager, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to support business in developing best practice and IT technologies for solutions mainly based on Dassault System technologies,. You will be acting as the main communication partner for all engineering departments and you are responsible for supplier evaluation and scoping of respective projects in close cooperation with our business departments, build up or manage your IT team. Basically, you’ll ensure that our engineering solutions are seamlessly integrated to our other core systems as SAP and MES and make sure that further development, operation and maintenance of these systems are secured.
Basic Qualifications:
·       BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
·       At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application support
·       Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for automotive industry and PLM concepts, preferable in OEM environment
·       Top-notch in Dassault System Systems skills for Catia V5/V6, Delmia and Enovia required
·       Strong familiarity with Bill of Material concepts for automotive
·       Proven expertise with introducing and managing IT systems in large enterprises)
·       Automotive industry or OEM parts industry IT experience required
·       A diverse skillset including engineering processes, collaborative engineering, simulation techniques
·       A wide range of experience with cross function project management
·       A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
·       Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
·       A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
·       A genuine fascination for the general IT field and a commitment to global change
·       A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
