Job Description:
Responsibilities:
o Create new and convert existing printed technical publications content to video-based content
o Establish and maintain, AnomaliTube, an Anomali video channel to which the created content is posted and maintained
o Work closely with engineers, writers, marketing, and product managers to fulfill requests for videos that showcase upcoming and released technologies
o Develop a good understanding and hands-on experience of using Anomali products
o Contribute to customer-facing product documentation
 
 
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
o 2+ years of experience or a demonstrated track record of producing short, online videos
o Professionally trained technical communicator and/or a demonstrated track record of writing technical documentation
o Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team player; detailed-oriented; adapt quickly to changing priorities
o Can work with minimal guidance and supervision
o Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
o New grads are welcome to apply
 
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with IT networking or security products
