Twilio is looking for a Product Manager who wants to partner with engineers and other PMs to mock up concepts, write functional specs, cut tickets, and write copy for our next generation customer-facing billing and pricing console. We are looking for a process-savvy person that can manage a dozen work-streams without missing a step. You will need to be able to think at scale, own and execute the platform roadmap while leading the team through backlog management, requirements gathering, and developing user stories. You bring experience with agile environments delivering strategy via bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly releases and have experience leading daily standups and retrospectives. We need someone to advocate for usability and consistency while engaging with our developer community to understand their needs as we start to build our console experience for our internationally based customers.  Our customers are developers, and we are passionate about building products for them.

You will have experience working cross functionally liaising with various internal teams from finance to product, excellent communication skills.  Icing on the cake, have working knowledge of quote to cash and financial systems/home-grown billing systems.


A great day for you would be working alongside a collaborative team whose primary responsibilities include scaling our existing platform to meet the needs of our changing customer base. A big part of your job will be engaging with our developer community and internal PMs to understand their needs and design new products and workflows to aid in their success.   

We work directly with Twilio’s Sales, BizOps, Finance, Billing and Product teams defining the requirements and scope of their complex requests for GTM. We also work closely to help troubleshoot existing internal and external customer problems as well as rollout system betterments to improve our day to day operations.


The Billing Platform Team supports the overall quote to cash function and scaling our existing platform to meet the growing needs of Twilio.  We are focused on supporting new products, pricing as well as closing the books on time. We are the backbone of Twilio and with that comes an enormous responsibility to be accurate and deliver reliable solutions on time.
