What we are looking for?

We are currently looking for a full-time Outbound Sales Agent who can support our fast growing and highly motivated team based in our offices in South Africa (Cape Town). We are looking for ambitious, self-driven and hardworking people with strong negotiations and sales skills. Start date: JUN or JUL 2018

What will you do as an Outbound Sales Agent at CarZar?

- Negotiate a sales price with the car seller - Manage customer expectations when it comes to selling their vehicle

- Negotiate a buying price with the dealer - Negotiate and conclude the sale of the customers car with the dealer

- Keep track of the administrative tasks - Buying a car involves admin, which you would need to keep track of

- Communicate with various stakeholders - Within CarZar we have multiple teams working on getting the best deal for our customers, and in order to get the best result, you will need to get build relationships with all of them

B. Expected background and technical skills

  • Min. 2 years of professional Negotiations experience (for example Sales or Collections)
  • Car (industry) knowledge is a plus
  • BPO experience is a plus
