Head of Sales - Myprotein UK

The Hut Group was founded on a desire to create an e-commerce system that could support multiple retailers. Today, our proprietary platform is used to manage over 100 websites, which we build, trade and market in-house. We are currently the World’s leading Online Sports Nutrition, Health & Beauty Destination with rapidly growing international operations and a unique end to end technology platform. Our immediate growth plans include significant investment in pioneering technology innovation, further acquisitions and international expansion.

Internationally known, Myprotein is officially the world’s number 1 online sports nutrition brand. We are recruiting for a Head of Sales, responsible for developing our B2B offering across the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and defining the Myprotein retail strategy across the UK
  • Managing a team of B2B account managers to maximise sales and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with carefully selected retailers and businesses
  • Managing the full sales life cycle from lead sourcing to deal closing
  • Mentoring the account managers, providing personal development
  • Working alongside the Category, Marketing and Trading teams to develop both sales and brand awareness

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with experience of leading sales across the UK retail space
  • Motivated and passionate about building and nurturing business relationships
  • Strong leadership skills - managing a team of account managers to drive revenue
  • A background in sports nutrition sales or convenience retail account management would be beneficial
