Box is growing! Marketing Operations has a criticalrolein supporting this growth. As a Manager on the Marketing Operations (MOPS) team, you will own database marketing including acquisition strategy, data governance, database health and accuracy. You will partner with business stakeholders in developing audience identification and segmentation for campaign targeting purposes. You will also work closely with Sales Operations to support strategic project related to contact and account data stewardship. You will ensure MOPS is seen as a trusted consultant to our clients by collaborating with other team members and creating strong connections to the business leaders.
Own and manage data structure and strategy within marketing database
Drive on-going data stewardship and governance through database management best practices and process optimization
Create and optimize audience segmentation supporting email program in collaboration with business stakeholders
Manage prospect and customer database including creating and updating lists, segmenting data and list hygiene, providing monthly database health analysis
Collaborate with Sales Operations and other functions in enabling Customer 360 insights and other strategic project related to contact data and analytics
Maintain and improve the database quality using tactics such as data enrichment, standardization, and normalization, de-duplication
Own list acquisition strategy including but not limited to vendor/technology evaluation, audience identification in collaboration with key business stakeholder.

Who you are
You are passionate for data quality and governance. You also enjoy setting strategic direction for data governance including lead, contact, and account. You have experience working on database health or customer 360, data-mart, or audience identification. You like crafting sound recommendations for segmentation strategy, technology evaluation/implementation, process design, project management and change management as related to database marketing. You are a team player and have a mindset to help and enable people around you. You are committed to advocate for client needs and have a desire to develop relationships. You also engage in thoughtful investigation of data to compliment decision making.

You have a BS in Marketing or have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
You are Marketo certified and have success in managing marketing database.

You have success in managing/establishing database quality, data/process governance, standardization and data structure.
