The Who, What, Where and Why
Twilio is looking for a new Talent Partner for the Talent Acquisition Team. You are right for this role if you excel at juggling multiple priorities, flourish handling a large req load, and thrive at going above and beyond. You should be driven by technological curiosity, and understand how Technical roles are a key part of business success. You also know that providing an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant is crucial to our ability to attract great talent.
An engaging day for you would include gracefully managing a tricky negotiation to close a key priority role. You set aside time to source well-qualified, diverse candidates to continue filling the pipeline. You communicate with all your candidates about their status, keeping them well-informed. You make it a priority to spend time with the engineering business leaders, learning how the team interacts and what challenges they are facing. You also connect with your hiring managers, advising them on how to evaluate their pipeline and prepare for the future.
