Twilio is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our operations team. This role is perfect for you if you have a broad understanding of the key functional areas of Talent Acquisition and how all of the pieces come together. You’re a self-directed problem solver and have a curious nature ready to explore a variety of databases looking for impactful relationships between multiple data points. Having experience with Excel and Tableau is very important to help organize data in a meaningful way for leadership teams to make informed decisions. You also have strong communication skills and considerable attention to detail to structure processes that support data integrity across multiple groups.
You’ll be a builder and have the opportunity to develop the foundation of a best in class solutions for reporting and presenting data to the business. As the designer of this foundation, you’ll get the chance to work with a variety of leaders to think predictively about the end to end recruitment cycle. Creating a dashboard of pertinent TA information is essential to help fuel and direct the growth of talent at Twilio and ensure we’re investing in appropriate areas. You’ll be responsible for evaluating data from multiple sources to ensure our teams are working efficiently and towards measurable goals so we can report effort back to the business on a regular basis. Through all of this work, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the data to create scalable and sustainable processes to ensure ongoing data integrity.
The Talent Acquisition team is a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on a variety of talent issues. Helping our company to scale with our growing business will be essential to this role and to the success of the broader company.
