Twilio is rapidly growing and is looking to build a world class People Operations function with exceptional HR service to employees and managers globally. In this role, you will facilitate and perform key People Operational duties, continually improve and optimize our core employee lifecycle processes, and respond to urgent HR needs by Twilions. People Operations is a valued function and is looking for a strong team to help us build for scale. Reporting to the Manager, People Operations, you will provide administration, communication, and processing in support of the following core People functions: onboarding new hires, background check administration, I-9 administration, HR system data entry in Workday, termination processes, and employee verifications. As part of a small and dynamic team you will also provide tier 1 and tier 2 HR support directly to employees and internal partners related to benefits, compensation, policy, relocation, background checks, payroll, Workday data integrity, and HR process. We will ask in this role that you participate in system testing and support People Operations including potential internal or external audits. As the People Operations Specialist, you will bring a skillset of strong customer service, detail orientation, strong communication skills, and a broad understanding of HR processes.
The People Team is on a mission to develop a world class People Operations organization. You will have a direct impact in the creation of Best Practices and building the foundation for an effective People Operations organization.
