The Who, What, Where and Why

Who?

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ Years of experience building incident response frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience responding to software vulnerabilities
  • Experience mitigating software risk exposure
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams. 

What?

  • Lead Twilio’s holistic vulnerability management program.
  • Drive all teams across Twilio to resolve all known vulnerabilities within stated SLAs.
  • Manage the flow of new vulnerabilities into the pipeline and ensure they are properly prioritized.
  • Report on the progress of the teams on a regular basis.
  • Advise the Twilio leadership on the risk posed to the company by outstanding security vulnerabilities and drive solutions that decrease that risk over time.
