LinkedIn is seeking a Brand & Social Marketing Manager to join our LinkedIn Learning team. We’re looking for a creatively ambitious, results-oriented marketer to guide the social media strategy and activation of campaigns that build the LinkedIn brand and drive consumer awareness of LinkedIn Learning, all while helping us connect emotionally to our members at an exciting time in our growth.

This is a rare opportunity to drive brand and social marketing programs that build awareness and consumer demand for LinkedIn Learning. You’ll tell stories that connect people with our brand, build campaigns around powerful data, develop close relationships with internal experts and learners who use our products every day, bring compelling content experiences to life across digital and experiential channels, and define metrics to track and enable success of brand and social marketing programs that support the LinkedIn Learning Solutions business.

  • Brand and Social Campaigns: To grow brand awareness with consumers, you’ll guide the development of new brand and social marketing campaigns, from insight to implementation, and partner with channel owners to launch and measure the effectiveness of these campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: In this role, you will own the overall strategy and day-to-day community engagement through our LinkedIn Learning social media channels, including but not limited to our LinkedIn Showcase Page, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube presence.
  • Learner Community Engagement: You’re a connector, a relationship-builder, and you thrive in community environments. As our lead for learner community engagement, you’ll partner with our learners to co-create content, tell their stories, and demonstrate the impact we’re having in people’s lives, one LinkedIn Learning course at a time.
  • Creative, Intelligent Risk Taking: With endless ways to reach audiences today, you’ll help us raise the bar and push creative boundaries by testing new content formats, channels, and approaches to content development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven brand marketing, social media, and/or content marketing experience
  • BA or BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in developing and executing a social media marketing strategy and sustained programs to build awareness and drive engagement with consumer audiences
  • Exceptional writing, editing, creative, communication, and leadership skills
  • Artful with words, and passionate about creating compelling user-centric stories
  • Acts like an owner; has a general “get stuff done” mentality
  • Comfortable pushing creative boundaries
  • Ability to influence executive partners in a fast-moving yet matrixed / cross-functional organization
  • Have a good sense of humor
