Tier 2 Technical and Customer Support Representative

Tier 2 Technical and Customer Support position for candidates with experience in providing 5 star one on one support. You will provide support to merchants on our SaaS E-Commerce platform through phone, ticket-based support and social media.

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 2+ years of technical and customer support experience
  • SaaS - E-Commerce platform experience prefered
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Knowledgeable providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience Onboarding Customers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • HTML, CSS and related technology experience preferred
  • Extroverted, positive, and social personality
  • Must be ambitious and looking to advance in your career
  • Must be willing to wear multiple hats and be a flexible team member.

Salary Range $40,000 to $50,000
