Merchant Marketing Manager

As a Postmates Merchant Marketing Specialist, you will help manage and execute marketing campaigns for our strategic and local merchants. You will act as the glue between Account Management, Growth and our partners to ensure that project milestones are met and expectations are fulfilled. This position is new and part of the growing Merchant Marketing Team! You will contribute to key programs and campaigns that are instrumental to continue the growth of Postmates nationally.


  • Assist in executing national-scale marketing campaigns
  • Work with account managers to sign up merchants for unique off-platform opportunities (e.g. New York Fashion Week)
  • Track and analyze campaign success metrics (volume, cost, etc.)
  • Maintain asset folders and keep relevant materials in proper form
  • Effectively communicate with partners while managing campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business need


  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or account management
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communication
  • Strong project management skills with experience implementing or using Project Management tools
  • Firm understanding of how a business operates and key drivers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work through ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, you’re able to advocate and persuade with ease
  • Experience with product marketing, email marketing and campaign management a plus
