Business Development Executive

HealthcareLink is an Australian company which provides online cloud based recruitment platform open to businesses of all sizes in the healthcare and medical industry so that employers can find the right healthcare professionals and jobseekers find the rights jobs easily.

Our aim is to break through the inefficiencies inherent within the medical and healthcare sourcing and hiring process within Australia.

There is an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated sales/BDM person to join our team.

Working from our Parramatta offices, you will be a sales consultant who is hungry to be at the forefront of online sales.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing strong relationships with hospitals, medical centres, specialist centres, dental practices, etc.
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
• Achieving online sales and conversion targets
• Answer queries or questions from employers regarding HealthcareLink's system
• Present online demos and face-to-face demos
• Work with the CEO and Marketing Manager to develop new marketing and sales campaigns

In return, you will receive a base salary as well as a generous commission structure, with realistic targets

Requirements

Skills and Experience

We want to work with committed, self-motivated, and energized people who deliver value in everything they do because they know that's what works. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years sales consulting experience in the digital / online industry
  • or 2 years or more on business-to-business sales experiences
  • Good understanding of how the healthcare industry works
  • A strong desire to create deals and close sales
  • An excellent of decision-makers in the sales and online industry

Benefits

$60-70K base + bonus + plus uncapped commissions. Future Company Partnership option also available.
