You directly manage a team of International Project Managers specialized in all aspects of Customer Operations
You act as an active consultant in improving the local Operations over 23 countries
You set and own global processes for Delivery Hero and ensure local Operations achieve the business quarterly targets
You oversee the multiple aspects of Global Customer Operations, such as: contact centers, partner quality, NPS, logistic..
Your heroic skills:
You have gained over 10 years of experience in Customer Operations and Customer Service area
You have grown from an entry level in customer care / experience and are now familiar with positively impacting operations at an international level.
You have a highly multicultural profile and have experience bringing multiple markets around central policies.
You balance being a team player and taking ownership of topics that are not moving forward when handled by other team.
You have experience working with multiple industries and specifically have worked in both outsourcing and on the Client side.
You preferably worked in an E-commerce company before
