3D Character Animator - Blender

We are currently seeking a highly skilled 3D Animator. The company is embarking on an ambitious new project that requires exceptional character animation and compositing skills, and the ideal candidate will be able to contribute their expertise and creativity to this exciting endeavor. As a 3D Animator, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and realistic character animations that bring the soccer world and characters to life. This is a unique opportunity for a talented animator to work on a highly anticipated project and make a significant contribution to the success of the project.

What you will do:

• Animate the shots according to the 3D layout files given
• Work closely with references to achieve high level of production
• Work closely with the animation director and creative director to achieve visual goals

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in character animation
• Full control of Blender
• Understanding of storytelling, character motives and context
• Punctuality, attention to detail, great understanding of body mechanics, physics, weight, and acting
• Working according to a structured pipeline (blocking, spline, polish)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Highly organised
• Self-driven, independent

Desirable Pluses:

• Knowledge of rigging and rendering
• Knowledge of After Effects or other compositing softwares
