We are now looking for a Recruitment Professional with a passion for growth and innovation. The Recruitment Professional manages the end-to-end recruiting process. The perfect candidate will manage all corporate functions recruitment. Reporting to the VP Human Capital and working autonomously within an established business, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment for a variety of corporate functions roles. You will liaise with hiring managers to produce job descriptions as well as advertise vacancies, screen CVs, conduct interviews. The ideal candidate must possess a successful background in corporate recruiting, good understanding of local talent market practices, and general knowledge of Bulgarian labor law.
As our Recruitment Jedi, you will execute multi-faceted sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse, qualified pool of candidates for the assigned business units. You will aim to develop collaborative relationships with Tradeo Hiring Managers and Human Resources team and will provide advice and counsel to Tradeo Hiring Managers on effective selection of candidates. It will be your mission to execute the full life-cycle of activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into Tradeo. This includes:
• Strategic recruitment through multiple channels;
• Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both personally and via phone;
• Conducting interviews;
• Providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to the candidates;
• Preparation of professional personality profiles of the candidates;
• Managing candidate flow within the online recruitment system;
• Participate in career events and Tradeo recruitment marketing initiatives;
• Delivering Recruitment trainings to Tradeo (hiring) Management team;
• Analyzing recruitment related data and provide assessment, forecasts and reports to VP Human Capital or Tradeo Management regularly or upon request.
