Support Engineer

We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via web, email, chat and other support channels as required. We are a Facebook Marketing Platform focused on travel and e-commerce sectors and work with global clients like trivago,com, Kayak and KLM Airlines who run all their Facebook and Instagram marketing activities through our platform. The Support Engineer role we are looking for will be in constant communication with our existing and potential clients and will be one of the main points to solve bottlenecks.

  • Provides engineering support to sales and account management teams
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and our external parters (including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Assure quality of new features by conducting tests prior to release
