Customer Success Analyst

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients  
  • Actively build relationships with client partners  
  • Manage and develop the client relationship through the full life-cycle of the account (on-boarding, ramp up, ongoing account management, end of month billing, and monthly/quarterly business reviews, strategy meetings)  
  • Provide training to clients  
  • Provide technical support to clients  
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded  
  • Define clients' business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue  
  • Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction  
  • Partner closely with the product, development teams to drive platform innovation  
  • Work closely with sales teams for onboarding new trial accounts and closing the deals
