- Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients
- Actively build relationships with client partners
- Manage and develop the client relationship through the full life-cycle of the account (on-boarding, ramp up, ongoing account management, end of month billing, and monthly/quarterly business reviews, strategy meetings)
- Provide training to clients
- Provide technical support to clients
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Define clients' business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue
- Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
- Partner closely with the product, development teams to drive platform innovation
- Work closely with sales teams for onboarding new trial accounts and closing the deals
