Executive Assistant

To support our continued growth we are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.


This is a key role within the organisation so we are looking for a high calibre Executive Assistant who has previous experience offering confidential and effective support at Board Level.


Primary Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for diary management, providing comprehensive and flexible scheduling and fail-safe logistical support.
  • Effective management of calls, emails and written correspondence
  • Undertake extensive client liaison and "gatekeeping' on behalf of the directors. 
  • Oversee travel arrangements including the organisation of itineraries.
  • Draft and proof read documents for internal and external communications
  • Create board papers and documents
  • Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records to maximise the directors effectiveness
  • Production of complex technical presentations and reports as required
  • Expense management
  • Take minutes and produce action points
  • Book meeting rooms, meet and greet guests, organise equipment and refreshments
  • Organise conferences, and meetings
  • Coordinate arrangements for monthly management meetings, collate presentations and ensure accurate minute taking, followed by the creation of effective action points
  • Filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Responsible for providing full administrative support
  • Working on additional projects and other ad hoc duties when required
  • Provide private support as required to ease administrative burden
