Forkcast is the personalized food ordering app that learns what you like, and finds what you love. We enable a custom user experience that is powered by predictive technology. Forkcast has been called the "Spotify for the food industry", fine-tuning suggestions, personalized by location, time, and person. Our platform makes on-demand food ordering accessible at scale, by using machine-learning algorithms with big data to predict a user's taste delivering a personalized user experience across all user interfaces.
Forkcast is looking for rockstar support interns to work with us. We’re a hungry team of entrepreneurial, tech savvy creatives who are revolutionizing the food ordering experience through outstanding teamwork and collaboration. You would work directly with and be coached by our head of support to get hands-on experience working with customers and restaurants. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, result-driven, personable, and a problem solver. You’ll work with the user acquisition team to get new users on board. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a customer service rep or in a call center and has a stellar personality. Adaptability is key, you need to be able to deal with harsh emotions with grace and finesse. As a team member, you’ll be encouraged and expected to contribute as you work on real projects. Our drive for empowering users, restaurants, and Forkcast employees, forming a community bond, and connecting interesting people is at the forefront of our charge forward.
