OptimizePress is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist.


As one of our resident technical geniuses, working with our elite customer happiness team, you will be responsible for helping to solve daily customer support questions and challenges via our help desk.


We're looking for someone who thrives on troubleshooting issues and getting to the cause of a problem fast.


Someone to deliver the absolute best support experience for our user base and community.


Experience working in a customer support environment with strong knowledge of WordPress and OptimizePress 2.0 is critical to this role.


Any mention of ‘autoresponders’, ‘domains’, ‘hosting’ and ‘internet gremlins’, etc... fills you with joy, not fear, and you are capable of showing empathy for customer issues and have patience when customers need that little extra nudge in the right direction -

  • You will play an active role in providing customer support for our products, mainly OptimizePress and related add-ons.
  • You will help maintain up-to-date customer support documentation and training.
  • You will help strengthen our existing support community through sharing knowledge and insight amongst team members.
