Account Support & Sales Internship

Are you keen to get experience in a fast-growing startup in Amsterdam? We are looking for a 'Rocket Internet' kind of person (Smart, Sales, Hands-on, Driven, Analytical) to join the support & sales team of our recruiting-tech SaaS startup that has scaled rapidly. From day 1 you would take ownership on all the duties related to Lead Qualification, Onboarding Support and Marketing projects that will arise throughout the internship.

To further optimize and scale high-end sales in Europe and the US, we seek an Account Support & Sales Intern.


The role

In this role you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads from our Marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Sales Manager. You will also be assisting new signups with their onboarding process and you will support the Marketing team in upcoming client related projects. Your overall goal is to drive revenue growth among high-end SME users. 

This role is dynamic and allows you to work with 3 teams at the same time: Sales, Support and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to grow and develop their careers in a company that doesn't know about limits. You'll have plenty of freedom to be proactive and bring new ideas to the team! You will also be mentored and coached by our team members.



  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, webresearch, and email
  • Identify opportunities, generate interest, qualify and educate
  • Be metric-obsessed: tracking performance and solve bottlenecks for further growth
  • Support onboarding process of key accounts
  • Assist in optimizing the sales and onboarding funnels
  • Work closely with CEO and Marketing manager to drive conversion, activation and have better leads for you while preserving Customer Acquisition Cost.
  • Get involved in Marketing projects
