To further scale high-end sales in Europe (NL, UK, and DE mainly) and the US, we seek a Sales Development Representative. 


The role

In this role you will be responsible for revenue growth among high-end SME users.You'll be calling hot inbound leads, conduct outbound calls, and setup mail campaigns. You are the face of the company when it comes to outbound sales. Your skills foster collaboration and inspire growth and action. You initiate and close large SME customers, and hand over the relationship to our Customer Success Team.



To be succesful you will:

  • Conduct outbound calls to lead campaigns consisting of warm leads and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, webresearch, and email
  • Identify opportunities, generate interest, qualify, educate, and develop new opportunities
  • Be metric-obsessed: tracking performance and solve bottlenecks for further growth
  • Improve phone follow up, needs assessment, software tour, consulting and closing skills.
  • Initiate, close and manage key accounts: recruiting technology platforms, recruiting agency partners, and key customers
  • Work closely with CEO and Marketing manager to drive conversion, activation and have better leads for you while preserving Customer Acquisition Cost.
