Junior Sales

The position

Are you result-driven and sales-minded? As a Junior Sales member, you take care of our precious incoming leads. You'll be calling them proactively to inquire about their needs, and help them get familiar with our software. You work together with our Senior Sales Managers, to qualify leads and prepare them for deal closing via online demos. Your goal is to convert as many leads into happy customers as possible. Together with our user onboarding and support team, you build long-lasting client relationships. Within three months, you will take over as Senior Sales Manager, and train new Junior Sales members.

 

Daily routine

From our office in Amsterdam, we work together in tools like Trello (to/do, tasks), Slack (company chat), Intercom (customer chat), and Pipedrive (sales CRM). You’ll be handling incoming lead mails/calls/chats and demos with new users. You turn lead requests into sales opportunities by qualifying sales opportunities for Senior Sales Mangers. You handle over 1000 leads by being efficient, making smart segments, and prioritizing.

 

From time to time, you take a step back and measure the overall effectiveness of our inbound sales process. You optimize email campaigns, coordinate work with other Junios Sales members, and tracking overall conversion rates. On a weekly basis, you report your overall experience and performance to our Senior Sales Managers. You’ll work closely with our head of marketing, learn about user interaction, and improve the overall conversion rate into premium accounts.

  • Set up new user activation campaigns
  • Brainstorm with the technical/design team
  • Improve automated engagement content
  • Measure, improve, and report on conversion rates
  • Train, manage, and motivate new sales members

 

What you can expect from us
