Excellent customer service sets us apart. As a customer service representative, you are passionate about engaging customers and solving their problems. You are keen to learn customers’ businesses and how our software can help. You will relay feedback from customers to other teams to promote customer satisfaction as a principle throughout the company.

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails; meet ticket resolution goals
  • Resolve tickets with accurate and complete information while following communication guidelines; maintain knowledge base
  • Keep records of customer interactions; relay feedback to other teams
  • Develop deep knowledge of customer segments and their business needs
  • Onboard new customer service representatives and help build the customer service team
  • Generate sales leads
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
