  • Own overall relationship with customers, which include: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and advocacy
  • Answer customer questions through telephone, email, and other communication platforms
  • Segment customers based marketing channels, app usage, and other signals. Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer segments
  • Create email messaging, tutorials, best practices, and webinars to train customers
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
