Online Conversion Optimization Specialist

LeadBoxer improves sales processes with online lead generation using a task-oriented app for sales. Our core service is registering online engagement in order to assist with lead generation/ identification and sales intel. We'll show you which companies are looking at your site, and what products they are interested in. Mobile version delivers real-time actionable signals based on proprietary customisable lead-scoring technology.

As a Rockstart Startup we are located in the heart of the Amsterdam Startup scene on corner of the Herengracht and Rozengracht.

At LeadBoxer your role as Online Conversion Optimisation Specialist is to develop insightful strategies, run Lean experiments, measure campaigns and tests, analyze performance, and improve ongoing reporting and optimisation.  

You’ll work with of a team of designers, developers and marketing specialists with a shared goal; improving basic SaaS metrics:

  1. Traffic (Audience)
  2. Trial signups (Acquisition)
  3. Install rates (Activation)

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for metric 2: maximising Trial signups (Acquisition)
  • Analyze website traffic for trends & patterns
  • Use patterns to identify and quantify customer habits and behaviour
  • Recommend modifications to maximize traffic, customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Perform A/B split testing
  • Identify opportunities
