We are looking for a passionate IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT department. The IT HelpDesk Technician will support our campus and company IT needs by interfacing directly with our internal employees, members and consultants across all of our campuses to solve their technology problems.
Our team is fast paced, dynamic and collaborative. For these reasons, we are seeking a Help Desk Technician who loves working in a collaborative environment and is hungry to scale and grow Galvanize. IT Help Desk Technicians will be measured by help desk ticket response times and internet up times.
