Restaurant Support Executive

Work with some of Australia’s favourite neighbourhood restaurants together with the Account Management team. Deliveroo is a fast paced tech start up where you will have the opportunity to be involved in creative, operational and tactical projects. Whilst the role is based in Melbourne, you will be working with our Account Managers and restaurants from all around Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Deliveroo’s Restaurant Admin
  • Assessing restaurant menus, proofing and editing digitised menus
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Invoicing Resolutions
  • Data Entry
  • Liaising with the Operations team and drivers on live and past orders
  • Documenting delayed orders or unusual occurrences and flagging with AMs
  • Daily communication with Account Managers on a National Level
  • Coordinating with the Lead Driver for Troubleshooting and Tech Replacements
  • Organising Restaurant Equipment for Daily Installs
