We are looking for a Certification Team Manager for our awesome Certification Team located in our Stockholm office. Our biggest and most important asset are our teams of highly skilled and motivated employees. By being a role model you will use your leadership skills to nurture and grow the team and individuals.

About the role

As a Manager you are responsible of running the business and working together with your team to optimize the whole. Together with the team you set the direction for how we optimize the certification process and support the rest of the organization. Certification is a crucial part of NetEnt’s success as we deliver our games in multiple regulated markets. Today the team consists of 6 Certification Managers supporting the Development organization. Certification is in the middle of everything so in this role you will be networking across most of NetEnt. The work in this team is very varied as no market is the same.

Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a role model for Core Values
  • Vendor management for certification labs
  • Drive continuous improvements for the certification domain
  • Nurturing team and individual growth 
  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Act as the team’s spokesperson towards different parts of the organization

Skills we expect for success

We believe that the ideal candidate has very good leadership skills and an excellent ability to motivate others, paired with analytical and administrative skills. You should also have a high level of energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, you always want to understand the bigger picture of what we are trying to accomplish so we can optimize the flow. You are intuitive and possess a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow.

  • About 10 years of experience in the software industry
