As account manager at simplesurance you will work with sales, customer service departments, and account executives to ensure that operations are running smoothly, clients/partners are satisfied, and funds are being spent properly.
Within this position you may create budgets, forecasts, and schedules to make sure that products and projects are ready on time and running correctly. Our account managers are responsible for keeping clients/partners pleased by solving account problems. To work in this position, you must have a thorough knowledge of your company's products and services.

About the job

What we're looking for

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts of the Polish and German market
  • Introduce and upsell new offerings to existing accounts
  • Discuss results and optimization potential with key accounts regularly
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
  • Attending client meetings and delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Completing administrative work, as required
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management – ideally in the e-commerce market
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, German and English
  • Flexible and highly self-motivated and detail oriented 
  • Excited to work for a start-up
