Offline Marketer

DESCRIPTION

Away is seeking an offline marketer to drive awareness and customer acquisition through broadcast media, out of home, direct mail, and print placements, working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and E-Commerce. The right candidate is excited to be an early employees at a new venture-backed consumer brand and is eager to take on an array of responsibilities. This position is based out of our headquarters in SoHo, New York City.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate various offline marketing opportunities, recommending the most impactful options to drive conversions and awareness
  • Develop and manage relationships with various offline marketing agencies, from podcasting to OOH to TV
  • Manage the creative production for audio spots, TV spots, print advertisements, direct mail, optimizing assets for both direct response or brand awareness campaigns, as appropriate
  • Create a framework for measuring success across all offline marketing channels

Who you are:

  • A savvy multi-channel marketer with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce environments. Prior startup experience highly preferred
  • Have deep expertise in evaluating and negotiating media buys
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize program performance
  • Knowledgeable about offline attribution and analytics platforms
  • Love to travel (but that's a given)
