ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for Data Analysts to join our team and help deliver a world class service to our growing customer base. If you are a self-starter who is organized and customer-focused, we want to hear from you! 

Data Analysts play a critical role in our client on-boarding and overall success, and this is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your skills at a fast growing start up. We are looking for New York City based candidates that are proficient with technology, extremely detail orientated, are team players, and excellent communicators.

Responsibilities include supporting our Customer Success Account teams in reaching key performance goals for customers, coordination of meetings and trainings, and data entry & data quality reviews. Analysts will also assist the team with special projects, collaborating with other team members to members to make progress on company & team objectives. An interest or experience in startups and SaaS based platforms is welcomed. Prior Real Estate experience or internships is also preferred. Proficiency with general computing and internet based technology is a must-have.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while focused on detail
  • Extremely proactive and biased towards taking action
  • Strong communication skills

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outgoing, proactive, independent problem solver
  • Capacity to work with all teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management engineering and upper management
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets with working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with MS Powerpoint Strong academic credentials
