We are looking for a friendly addition to our support center. As a Support Center Engineer, you will be part of the first line of support for seven hundred employees across the country.
You will assist your colleagues and troubleshoot issues from our office, log tickets in our ticketing system, escalate issues needing higher level attention, and contribute to the success of ongoing internal projects.
We are looking for empathetic technicians who enjoy taking on new challenges and working collaboratively.
