Carbon’s Customer Engagement goal is “Our customers love us and our products”. As the Director of Customer Education, you are responsible for designing, building, delivering and sustaining our customer education program. Your work enables our customers to achieve success with CLIP technology. You have a proven track record of successfully designing effective and engaging product documentation and/or training curricula for technology companies, including the design and delivery of compelling online multi-media experiences that might span user guides, FAQs, tutorials, user guides, and online training courses. You are experienced in communicating complex ideas simply, and making a large amount of material easily digestible. While you have experience building teams and leading larger organizations, you are excited to be hands on and do what’s necessary to meet our current deadlines while growing your team. You work effectively cross-functionally across a range of experiences and personalities. Carbon is a dynamic, quickly growing company and you must be flexible and adaptable to our ever-evolving needs and priorities.
