Try The World is changing the way people can explore the world and is now hiring a talented and driven Customer Experience Associate to join the diverse and dynamic team.

  • Be Try The World’s voice on social media and other digital channels and exercise impeccable judgment as Try The World’s representative
  • Proactively solve issues and foster trust with our community
  • Effectively saving membership cancellations by offering solutions that would best fit customer lifestyles
  • Respond to problems from our community, escalating to designated team(s) when necessary
  • Create a personalized, positive and effortless experience for the Try The World community
  • Supporting the broader organization by helping out across Marketing, Products and Operations as needed
  • Cover the occasional after-hours or weekend shift
  • Be a community advocate for Try The World
  • Possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Deeply knowledgeable across all main social media platforms
  • Desire and ability to “go above and beyond “ at work and for customers
  • Emotional intelligence in spades and experience dealing with people
  • Willingness to work 2nd Shift/Evening Hours with 1-2 weekend days included in shift
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students only please

  • You are empathetic, fanatical about service, and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content
