Try The World is changing the way people can explore the world and is now hiring a talented and driven seasonal Customer Experience Associate to join the diverse and dynamic team over the 2016/2017 holiday period.

  • Delivering best-in-class, personalized support to our members through chat, email, and phone support
  • Representing the voice of our customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes and products
  • Effectively saving membership cancellations by offering solutions that would best fit customer lifestyles
  • Taking ownership of projects and managing them to completion with guidance from the customer experience management team
  • Supporting the broader organization by helping out across Marketing, Products and Operations as needed
  • Seasonal position, some work experience required
  • College Degree preferred (but not required)
  • Possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire and ability to “go above and beyond “ at work and for customers
