The role is focused towards handling the Assets of the company and provide admin support wherever required.
Procurement, distribution, maintenance and monitoring usage of New and existing Office Assets and administrative processes related to the same, process improvement, co-ordination and negotiation with vendors for best deals and reduction of costs.
Planning and Procurement of Office stationery, etc.
Handling Conference/ Meeting Room Bookings.
Handling outstation travel arrangements for all employees as per policy.
Looking after the Guests and Client visit arrangements.
Checking regularly on Office cleanliness, hygiene issues etc and maintaining the decorum with respect to same.
Looking after any other day-to-day office activities.
Supporting the Director/s and HR Manager, etc for documentation related work, printing and scanning and other Human Resource management related work.
MIS reporting related to administrative related activities.
Good organizing skills.
