Technical Product Manager, Content Pipeline

Our Product team creates and shapes the experiences that serve hundreds of millions of users. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our content pipeline team in Berlin.

Working closely with product teams in the creators & rightsholders area, you will help managing our content ingestion and business logic infrastructure where you’ll have the opportunity to creatively contribute to the sustainability of our business. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation; your peers will cover a wide area: talented engineers and product managers with which you will work on on a daily base, designers, content relations managers, content operations specialists and others, based in New York, London, San Francisco and Berlin.

You are part of a team that is responsible for building and tailoring content integration to allow our partners to provide and manage their content in bulk via a digital supply chain and as single uploads. This covers an end to end responsibility from ingesting partner catalogues to ensuring smooth and adequate supply chain processes as well as robust availability calculations and upload processes. You will make sure the content availability is on point and track policies meet all business requirements. You will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our content pipeline and working closely with engineering leads on architecture.

Ideally you have technical product management experience in the content and digital supply chain space or you are experienced in digital rights management and services engineering and architecture and want to extend your work into product management. Your decisions are based on a healthy mix of analytics, technical understanding, identifying our users’ needs and a good understanding of the music supply chain space. You have a talent for prioritization, balancing the needs of our users, the business and internal stakeholders. You are eager to learn on the specific content policy topics and you enjoy to get things done.
