ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- High Tech (So. California / Desert SW) 


We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Account Executives to join our growing sales team.


Qstream is an innovative SaaS sales capability platform that combines performance analytics, coaching optimization and knowledge reinforcement in a powerfully simple mobile enterprise solution.  Driven by science and data, Qstream is used daily by top companies in life sciences, technology and financial services (Pfizer, LinkedIn and MasterCard) to optimize sales team performance at scale- with impact to the bottom line.

Qstream Account Executives run their territories like their own business.  Qstream provides the necessary tools and technologies to be successful, but the Account Executive drives the strategy.

Each day, our Account Executives are focused on territory planning and managing prospects and clients in various stages of the sales cycle.  They are responsible for everything from prospecting, opportunity creation and maintaining a healthy pipeline to managing the sales cycle coordination.

To grow the business, our Account Executives partner with a variety of internal team members to strategize account closing plans.  In the beginning of the sales process, they are prospecting from lead gen lists provided by our strategic marketing department and conducting demos scheduled by our Business Development Reps.   In addition to the leads provided, our Account Executives are skilled at surfacing prospects on their own.

Preparing and delivering a quality demo that demonstrates the Qstream value proposition and listening to how we can solve the prospect’s unique business problems is key to growing the business.

Once the prospect becomes a client, the Account Executive continues to nurture the relationship in order to better understand the uniqueness of their organization and understand how we can expand within the organization. 

There is the need for occasional travel to client sites.


We are looking for a proven ‘hunter’ that can quickly identify the decision makers in an organization and are able to authentically build relationships to grow and close new business.

Additionally, we need someone who has a deep understanding of the business challenges that sales leadership faces in our targeted industries.  Simply put, the successful candidate will get our customer and know how Qstream can uniquely help them.

Specifically, we are looking for the following skill/ experience:

  • Selling enterprise SaaS or SW application products to Fortune 1000 companies, particularly in the Hi Tech verticals.
  • A solid network of senior level sales and marketing management contacts and a successful history of selling into them.
  • Proven success as sales hunter and closer.
  • Strong prospecting and presentation skills
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Excellence in sales execution.
  • 5-7 years min. experience selling technology solutions.
