Managers are the pillars of our Client Services team. They are expected to address the holistic needs of clients to identify and target gaps for strategic solutions, be the foremost experts and champions of our software product, and develop client relationships. Managers will use new quantitative tools and methodologies, and have a direct impact on the exploding growth and success of Quid. You will not only use your experience manage and develop individuals, you will also build trusted client relationships - creating further opportunities for Quid and yourself.

 

The Job

  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our elite healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech clients to drive the value of Quid
  • Define use cases and drive trainings for clients in the intelligence community, science & technology agencies, and Fortune 500 companies to help with their unique research and strategy needs
  • Work closely with the sales organization to push forward high value new business opportunities, as well as up-sell opportunities within existing clients
  • Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product
  • Analyze complex datasets and produce presentation/reports for strategic engagement projects
  • Contribute and lead internal projects such as recruiting, product feedback, and client success tracking
  • Manage and develop teams, project based or on an ongoing basis on our largest healthcare account  

 

Your Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of career experience, with consulting and/or intelligence experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience building and growing relationships with C-suite clients and executive teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients and building trust-based relationships
  • Ability to rapidly learn new software tools and analytical techniques
  • A passion for new ways of looking at the world, and applying technology to do so
  • The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring individuals on large accounts
