Recruiting Coordinator

You’ll be a true partner by working directly with our team and candidates to answer questions, creatively solve problems, and you’ll take the insights you gain to help us refine the recruiting process. 
  • Schedule phone, onsite, and presentation interviews 
  • Obsessively manage a best in class candidate experience by ensuring an efficient process and timely communication
  • Manage logistics of the recruiting process, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement and offer letters
  • Use tools and analytics to help drive the recruiting process and ensure efficiency
  • Be the voice of and represent the Segment culture with integrity and professionalism
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 1-2 plus years experience, preferably in HR or Recruiting 
  • BS/BA Degree 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Customer service focus 
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and personalities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly changing environment
