We're searching for an extraordinary full-cycle technical recruiter to help us grow and scale our team, and to specifically own hiring for the Product Management org. Segment recruiting is still small and nimble, and there’s ample opportunity for someone to come in and not only own Product hiring, but also help us scale our recruiting machine to build a world class team. You’ll be a true partner to hiring managers and recruiting leadership alike, with the ability to use your expertise to creatively define our PM recruiting process. This is an incredible opportunity to take over one of the most important pieces of our hiring puzzle, to step into a role with true ownership and direct impact, and to move into mentoring(and eventually leading!) more junior recruiters and sourcers.

Who we are looking for:
2+ years of in house technical recruiting experience required(big plus if you’ve recruited world class product managers before!)
You’re able to run a full cycle recruiting process and own engaging talent, wrangling the hiring team, evaluating the candidate correctly, and closing senior talent
You’re able to juggle various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline(including engaging passive candidates)
You are exceptional at nailing down difficult profiles and you understand the product management or software engineering profiles for leading competitors
You are an extraordinary communicator and you are able to build strong, productive, and positive relationships with people of all levels
You’re able to resource plan and lead others as the Product function expands(this is something you can ramp into)
You are able to work with leadership on employment branding specifically related to the Product org
You do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the job done and hit reasonable yet aggressive hiring goals
