Renovations Project Manager

We’re looking to add another member to our Las Vegas team.  Las Vegas is our third market.  As the Las Vegas Renovations Manager, you'll coordinate key facets of the logistics involved in purchasing, renovating, and reselling homes. You’ll work with our customers, our vendors, and various Opendoor teams, including those in our San Francisco and Phoenix offices.

 

As the Las Vegas Renovations Manager you will:

  • Manage all repair asks during the acquisition process
  • Handle all repair requests during the resale process
  • Collaborate with our acquisitions team throughout the renovation
  • Manage our General Contracting partners & be accountable for all components of the renovation, home repairs, and property maintenance processes.

You bring

  • Experience in renovations or construction (residential required)
  • A team-first mentality eager to set & meet aggressive goals
  • Incredible attention to detail & deadlines
  • A knack for juggling many tasks, from phone calls to email to tracking progress across multiple properties everyday
  • A whatever-it-takes attitude
  • Basic handyman skills

Who you’ll work with:

David Berens

David pioneers each new market that Opendoor expands to, and is currently stationed in Las Vegas. He previously ran operations for other startups in Arizona.

Ari Spagat

Ari is an Acquisition Associate for Opendoor working to train new market Acquisition Associates. He has extensive knowledge in renovations and valuation of single family homes. Prior to working at Opendoor Ari was an Acquisition Associate at Waypoint Homes helping purchase 12,000 homes.
