Part-Time Operations Analyst (Remote)

Position Overview:

The responsibilities of the Operations Analyst will be to execute on data and reporting assignments to derive trends, projections, and performance. This position will use serious Excel and reporting skills to support a broad range of company-wide analytics. This is a flexible hourly role, meaning your duties and the part of the business you’ll focus on will shift each week depending on priorities. You will analyze and report out on data from multiple departments including our sales function, client activity, team performance, and recruiting services.

You will:  

  • Pull, analyze and report out on recruiting services data
  • Leverage internal and external systems to mine and analyze data related to all aspects of our recruiting services process. Including:
    • Recruiting team performance metrics
    • Revenue and profit projections and actuals
    • Company wide key performance indicators
  • Sales operations & analytics
    • Report on sales funnel and conversion rates
    • Sales team performance metrics
    • Client benchmark metrics: candidate funnels, job ad conversion, response rates, etc
  • Create and share a variety of reports with individuals and teams across the organization
  • Support recruiting services leadership in performance QA and performance management
  • Additional ad hoc data requests

Our ideal candidate:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Data savvy; comfortable working with large, raw datasets to extrapolate key information
  • Advanced Excel skills; experienced writing and utilizing complex formulas to automate data and pull out key information
  • Experience with google sheets/docs/slides
  • Experience turning large, nebulous data sets into coherent reports

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with a recruiting or professional services company
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse)
