As part of our growth strategy, the company is looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to assist the marketing team in increasing Uniplaces’ market share for the French language, driving Marketing activities to students.

The future Inbound Marketing Manager will be a vital part of the Inbound Marketing team in ensuring robust and structured strategy in driving traffic from french speaking markets.
You´re a strong believer in content marketing and an experienced B2B online/offline marketeer. You have a natural instinct for analytics and are always looking for places to improve your projects through internal numbers and external research. When you are not able to find a solution you look for partners, research for alternatives or get more people to take your projects to the next level. You are not afraid of doing an internal presentation, picking up the phone to reach a partner or getting out of the office for a face to face meeting.
You will be the key stakeholder regarding online acquisition of new accommodation providers.
Help define targets and report on current marketing activities versus established goals.
Optimize current and discover new sources to reach your target audience.
Implement content creation strategy, distribution of new uniplaces accommodation provider nurture.
Liaise with other Uniplaces and external teams for product integration, development, process optimization, tracking, localisation, design and other.
Your Track Record:
3+ years experience in digital project management. You have managed at least one website with 25/50K+ MAUs.
Lead generation projects with nurture and acquisition through content creation/SEO is a plus.
2+ years experience in biddable media management platforms like Adwords, Doubleclick, Facebook. You can define objectives, do creative briefs, create and launch campaigns and measure returns/learnings. Adwords or Facebook PMD experience is a plus.
You understand and have applied more than once an SEO strategy with success through content creation, distribution, link building and PR.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Portuguese or Spanish. You are not afraid of writing SEO friendly content, hiring copywriters and validating their work.
You are a person born online. You feel comfortable with tools like mailchimp, google analytics, google tag manager or similar.
Analytical skills are a plus. Excel comes easy for you, Index/match are best friends and offset/match are brothers to you.
Excellent negotiation skills and ideally and experience in business development/sales.
You are Self-motivated and are not afraid to start a project alone.
You are a team player and focus on the team rather than yourself.
You feel comfortable in challenging preconceived ideas, validating assumptions and prioritises according to learnings and results.
You are a quick learner and live and breathe the fast pace that start-ups have to offer you.
You adapt easily and thrive under pressure, you think change is a breath of fresh air and are always up for a challenge.
