Joining a dynamic team, you would be responsible for interacting with Try The World customers through email, chat and phone. You’ll be the first to know what our customers love about our service as well as how we could improve. You will have the opportunity to share customer insights with the product and marketing teams, identify ways to answer customers more efficiently, and shape the overall customer experience strategy.
