We are seeking a highly motivated Staffing Manager with deep knowledge of the R&D recruiting industry and a strong passion for attracting high-level talent. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced professional to join the world’s leading tracking and analytics company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running and managing the recruiting process.  This individual must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to deliver consistently in an evolving product landscape. A strong understanding of the R&D landscape will help this individual play a lead role with our Clients.

What will you be doing?

  • In partnership with the Staffing Director, R&D and Product, and the VP, Engineering the Staffing Manager will develop and execute strategic approach to achieve company goals in staffing.
  • Sourcing diverse talent pools and managing a diverse set of roles
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Tech Recruiters
  • Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with the recruiting team and client groups
  • Create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire for R&D roles in Palo Alto and possibly other locations in the US
  • Managing demanding stakeholders with high expectations
  • Overseeing the entire process to ensure positive candidate experience and strong relationships
  • Keeping current with new sourcing techniques and tools, external market trends and serving as resource for areas of specialty in recruiting
  • Understanding the best ways to find qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
  • Keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry press, attending job fairs, professional conferences. Always bringing knowledge back to the team and translating learning's into competitive advantage for Criteo - we're a knowledge sharing environment and the team run workshops to share tips, tricks and best practices.
  • Implement efficient, scalable recruiting business processes which support our rapid growth
  • A love of metrics and providing regular reports.


What do we require from you?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience with a growing organization, hiring technical talent
  • Proven leadership experience guiding recruiting teams in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on hiring initiatives, ideally with technical roles
  • Passionate about Criteo and knowledge of the product and business.
  • International experience but local market insight in the Valley
  • Experience in leading and/or mentoring a team of tech recruiters
  • Good knowledge of the web/digital industry
  • Communication with influence - Are you able to tailor our message and know what makes it attractive to each and every individual?
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
  • Start-up mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done
  • Willing to travel
