As part of our current growth plans, we are looking to recruit an experienced B2B copywriter who is smart, adaptable, proactive and up for the challenge of a varied role in a busy and fast-growing start-up environment.

You will have proven experience in marketing copywriting and web content creation for B2B audiences and ideally will be experienced working on multi-channel B2B campaigns. You will be responsible for creating customer-led, insight-driven content for multiple websites and campaigns acting as the expert on constructing compelling, relevant and engaging communications.

You’ll be working with the content and solutions team, where you’ll use your copywriting skills to improve the performance of client campaigns, increase customer engagement, drive lead generation activities and boost SEO performance.

Main duties will include:

  • Researching and writing both short and longer-form blog posts and articles
  • Creating content marketing materials to drive success of client campaigns including: ‘sponsored content’ news articles, whitepaper summaries, thought leadership articles
  • Creating copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Developing and implementing an appropriate tone of voice and communication style for different web portals and audiences
  • Working with clients to develop content ideas
  • Working with multiple internal teams, senior colleagues and clients to agree and formally approve copy

Key Skills/Experience required:

  • Degree educated or above (probably English/other humanities)
  • Proven digital B2B copywriting experience producing insight-driven copy for websites, email and social media
  • Great proofing / subbing skills / attention to detail
  • Ability to research and analyse information efficiently and get to grips with new subject areas quickly
  • Experience using Wordpress (or at least other CMS) is essential as is knowledge and experience of SEO techniques
